FEASIBILITY
Test the Waters (RIBA STAGE 0-2)
A feasibility study is a good starting point if you are unsure in which direction to take your project.
The study will explore the site, potential, design, budget and project viability through three options.
STANDARD
Planning + Building Regulations (RIBA STAGE 0-4)
This package includes all the design work and documentation to obtain the relevant statutory approvals. It is aimed at simpler projects where you may already have a builder or ntend to manage the construction phase yourself or with your builder.
INTERMEDIATE
Planning + Building Regs + Tender (RIBA Stage 0-4/5)
This package is aimed at non-standard/complex projects and includes all the services of above plus further technical and detailed design information to enable accurate pricing and the correct construction.
COMPLETE
Full Architectural Services (RIBA Stage 0-7)
This service is aimed at clients who require assistance every step of the way and minimum hassle from project conception to completion. All the above is included plus tendering, appointment of a builder and management of the building contract.
