ARCHITECTURE
The practice offers the full range of architectural services in accordance with RIBA Plan of Work 2020. Including feasibility studies, outline designs, full planning, concept designs to contract administration.
DESIGN
We design from the macro to the micro and everything in-between. This includes bespoke furniture, interior design to product design.
PLANNING
The planning system is a tricky and frustrating maze to navigate however with using ou expertise we can help you obtain permission. To date we have a 100% success rate for all planning applications submitted to a number of Local Planning Authorities across the UK.
3D MODELLING
Detailed 3D models help clients visualise a proposed design or convey conceptual ideas. This includes photorealist renders, schematic options, BIM models, virtual reality and 3D walkthroughs.
TECHNICAL
A full package of technical drawings can be produced for building regulations approval, construction details and component assembly drawings. I find the use of 3D modelling is particularly useful in illustrating complex constructions.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The practice is able to offer a full project management service from inception to completion. Project managing a job provides a crucial link between the design team, client and construction team to ensure the implementation of the design is not compromised.
