This unique contemporary self-build was designed, project managed and built using separate trades over three years. Through the use of permitted development rights planning permission was obtained for a spectacular contemporary house within a rural setting on the footprint of the former bungalow. Every single aspect of this one-off house has been designed from the roof profile, to the exposed steel beams, oversized doors, built-in furniture to the nuts and bolts.
