A new-build industrial development for a textiles equipment manufacturer based in Leeds. The building will provide the growing business with a visitor centre, process development laboratory and new office space for sales, administration and design facilities. The project was designed and managed entirely from start to finish by the practice. The high quality specification will make an impression on visitors, provide bespoke facilities for the business and also a valuable asset.
